The Mens second team finished their league campaign on Sunday with a credible draw against Division 4 finalists St. Farnans. On a beautiful day and on a pristine Connolly park the team played some nice football with wayward finishing, in the second half in particular, denying us the win. It has been a mixed season for the team results wise but has been a very enjoyable experience and has been an opportunity to blood some youngsters at this level and give game time to more senior players. Final Score Owenmore Gaels 2-7 St. Farnans 1-10
